Build me a modern Windows text editor that feels like a better Notepad, but still stays fast and lightweight.

I want a clean minimalist app with a Fluent style, tabbed editing, and the ability to open files from the command line by typing the app name and a file path. It should handle normal notes and config files well, include markdown live preview, a side by side diff view for comparing changes, and support saving sessions so I can come back to what I was working on later. Please also add basic handwriting input support and make it easy to switch tabs and zoom text with keyboard shortcuts.

Keep it polished and simple, with dark and light themes if possible. Since this is for Windows and UWP, please respect the usual file saving limits and keep the app focused on small text files rather than huge documents. If you need to look up current Windows UI docs online, go ahead.
