Build me a native Mac app and iPhone app called House Control that shows my home as a live 3D model and lets me control lights and air conditioners from one place.

On the Mac, it should live in the menu bar with no Dock app, open a small panel when clicked, and show rooms, walls, furniture, lamps, and ACs in a 3D floor plan. I want to tap lights to toggle them, drag to dim, open controls for brightness, white temperature, and color, and manage AC power, target temperature, mode, and fan speed. It should also support simple scenes like Cozy, Movie, and Night.

Make the home editable too, so I can draw rooms, place devices, and link them to real smart home devices. Support Smart Life, Home Assistant, Philips Hue, and Apple Home, and let it work with a demo setup before anything is connected. If possible, keep the iPhone app in sync with the Mac version, and make the whole thing feel polished and native.
