Reverse engineered prompt

Build me a small skill repository that teaches an AI to write in Simplified Technical English, based on ASD STE100.

I want the repo to include clear instructions for the model, a list of approved words, the main writing rules, and a few before and after examples so it is easy to understand. Please also add a Python check script that can scan a text file or standard input and point out common STE problems like long sentences, too many sentences in a paragraph, passive voice, contractions, semicolons, unapproved helper verbs, and words that are not in the approved list.

Make it easy to use with Claude as a skill, and also simple enough that someone can copy the instructions into another LLM if needed. Keep the writing itself in STE where it makes sense, and make sure the README explains what the skill does, how to use it, and what the checker can and cannot catch. If you need to look up any current STE details online, do that.
