Build me a Rust library for making LLM powered apps that feels easy to use but can still scale up as projects get bigger.

I want one clean interface for talking to different AI providers, so I can swap models without rewriting my app. It should support chat style agents, streaming responses, tool use, embeddings, and basic retrieval with vector search. If possible, include support for things like transcription, image generation, and audio generation too.

Please make it modular so I can use just the core pieces or the more advanced agent features depending on the project. I’d also like a small example app or two that shows how to set it up and use it in a real workflow, like a chatbot or an assistant that can look things up and answer with memory.
