Build me a self hosted threat intelligence workbench that runs entirely on localhost and keeps everything on my machine.

I want to be able to paste in IOCs like domains, IPs, hashes, URLs, and emails, have them enriched from live threat feeds, and then see a clear risk score and full detail view for each one. It should also let me track threat actors, campaigns, incidents, and CVEs, and connect everything together so I can see relationships in a graph.

Please include a clean dashboard, search across all stored intelligence, a feed area for scheduled pulls, and a report builder that can generate executive style PDF reports with TLP markings. I also want import and export for CSV and STIX, plus optional MISP sync if I add credentials.

Make it easy to run on localhost 2077 with a simple setup, and if you need current docs for any library or API, look them up online.
