Build me a lightweight client side Fabric mod for Minecraft 1.16.5 that makes crystal and anchor PvP feel much smoother and more responsive.

I want blocks, anchors, and crystals to appear or disappear instantly on my screen instead of waiting for the server, with the server correcting it quietly in the background if needed. Include options for instant anchor removal, a fake anchor display, glowstone waste prevention, and cleanup for ghost anchors. Add crystal placement and break prediction, plus a smart option that skips the fake crystal when it would be hidden anyway. The main thing I care about is fixing ghost blocks so block placement feels instant, with the placement sound playing right away too.

Also reduce explosion lag by cutting down particles, smoke, and screen shake, and add a brightness fix so lighting updates properly after explosions. Make all of these features individually toggleable in a config file, and keep it compatible with other common client side optimization mods.
