Build me a lightweight framework for coordinating multiple AI agents, where one request gets sent to the best specialist agent and the conversation stays consistent across turns.

I want it to work in Python and TypeScript, and if possible include the Swift version too for on device use on iPhone, iPad, and Mac. It should support streaming and normal responses, keep chat history for a user and session, and let me plug in my own agents, classifiers, storage, and retrievers. Include a few ready to use agents for things like OpenAI, Anthropic, AWS Bedrock, Lambda, and maybe a simple tech support example.

Also add a smart routing layer so the app can choose the right agent from the user message and the agent descriptions, and let me swap in a cheaper decision based classifier if I want. Please make the examples easy to run, include a basic chat demo, and set it up so I can use it in cloud apps or locally. Look up current docs online if you need to.
