Build me a Flutter music app called OpenMusic that lets people keep songs from different places in one library and play everything from a single place.

I want it to support importing SoundCloud tracks, playlists, and likes by URL, plus searching through both the saved library and SoundCloud. It should have background playback with controls in the notification area, a play history screen, and simple playlist creation and editing. Please also add an endless queue feature that recommends the next song based on similarity, so playback can keep going automatically.

Make it feel polished and easy to use on mobile, with English and Russian language support. Use a clean app structure so it’s easy to extend later, and make sure it works on Android and iOS at minimum. If you need to check current package docs or best practices while building it, go ahead and look them up online.
