Build me a Windows desktop app that floats on top of everything and helps me reply to WhatsApp messages with AI.
I want it to connect to WhatsApp Web by showing a QR code, keep the session saved locally, and use OpenRouter to draft replies. The widget should be small and clean, with a tray icon, connection status, logs, settings, and a clear switch for turning automatic replies on or off. It should focus on normal one to one chats and ignore groups or status messages.
Add simple phone commands I can send from my own WhatsApp, like turning AI replies on, turning them off, and checking status. Keep my OpenRouter API key private in the desktop backend, not exposed in the UI. Store settings and memory locally.
Use Electron with a React and Tailwind interface, TypeScript throughout, and make it packageable as a Windows installer. Look up current docs online if you need to.
