Build me a Smart ITSM service desk app for an internal IT team. I want people to log in, create support tickets, add screenshots or log files, comment on tickets, and see status changes update live without refreshing.

The app should help technicians manage the full ticket flow from new request to resolution, including assignments, approvals for expensive hardware requests, audit history, and SLA deadlines based on priority. Add dashboards that show open tickets, SLA health, trends, and technician performance. Include notifications for ticket updates, approvals, and SLA breaches.

Please add AI triage using Google Gemini so when someone enters a title and description, the app can suggest a category and priority. Also include asset management so hardware can be tracked and linked to tickets, plus departments, users, roles, and Excel exports for reporting.
