Build me a small Windows app that unlocks the 60 fps limit in Genshin Impact. I want a simple interface where I can choose the FPS I want, click Start Game, and have the app launch the game for me with the cap changed.

On first run, it should try to find the game automatically, and if it can’t, ask me to browse for it or start the game so it can detect it. It should support both the global and China versions. The app should tell me clearly when it needs administrator permission, and it should keep running while the game is open.
