Reverse engineered prompt

Build me a self hosted MCP server for Windows that lets AI agents control my PC like a person would, with mouse, keyboard, clipboard, app launching, screenshots, screen reading, and OCR for both Arabic and English.

It should work with Claude Code, Claude Desktop, Cursor, Codex, or any MCP client over stdio, and it should be Python only with no cloud dependency or telemetry. I want the agent to be able to interact with any normal Windows app, including Office, browsers, File Explorer, and video editing tools, and it should support multiple monitors.

Please make safety a big part of it. Every action that changes the computer should require an explicit consent file before it runs, and reading the screen should still work without consent. Add an audit log, a self check tool, and make sure risky input like launching apps or typing into the wrong window is guarded as much as possible.

If you need current docs for MCP or OCR libraries, look them up online and then wire everything together cleanly.
