Build me a Minecraft mod for Fabric on Minecraft 1.21 that lets an AI agent play the game through chat commands.

I want it to feel like a bot framework, not just a single autoplayer. It should be able to move around, pathfind, fight mobs and players, do basic survival tasks, handle multiplayer login, and react to commands like @help in chat. It would be great if it could also support special modes for things like bridging, dodging arrows, ender pearl clutching, and simple minigame play, even if some parts are a work in progress.

Please make it easy to connect external agents too, ideally with a Python bridge so another program can control the bot and read game context. If you need to look up current Fabric or Minecraft docs online, go ahead. I’d like it set up so I can run it locally, drop the jar into mods, and start testing right away.
