Build me a clean Hyprland desktop setup for Arch based distros like Arch, EndeavourOS, CachyOS, and Manjaro.

I want it to feel simple, modern, and easy to use, with a monochrome look and a strong focus on productivity. Include practical keybinds for things like opening a terminal, launching apps, switching workspaces, opening the file manager, browser, settings, wallpaper selector, clipboard history, lock screen, logout menu, fullscreen, floating windows, and toggling the top bar.

Please also set up a polished Waybar, a Rofi app launcher, a custom settings menu for system info, network, Bluetooth, monitors, and sound, plus a wallpaper picker, lock screen, and logout menu. Use Kitty as the terminal, Thunar as the file manager, and include Zsh with Starship. If it makes sense, add support for Spotify theming too.
