Build me a Windows desktop app for managing Roblox FastFlags. I want it to feel fast and lightweight, with a clean modern UI and support for themes. The main thing is being able to search through a huge list of flags instantly, edit them easily, and apply the changes to the Roblox client. It should also let me make presets, merge or reorder them, turn them on and off quickly, and share them if possible.

Please include hotkeys so I can bind specific flags or presets and toggle or cycle them while in game. It should work with Bloxstrap, Voidstrap, Fishstrap, and similar Roblox bootstrappers, and handle updates to flags and offsets so it stays usable over time. I also want the option for automatic updates or manual control.
