Build me a Roblox UI library in Luau that recreates the Neverlose style menu from the screenshots and example. I want a clean dark interface with a logo area, window title, tabs, sections, labels, toggles, sliders, dropdowns, keybinds, buttons, notifications, logs, indicators, and a watermark style bar.

Make it easy to use from one main script, so I can create a window and then add tabs and settings with simple calls. It should support things like changing the menu key, resizing the UI for different screen sizes, and turning a 3D menu effect on or off.
