Build me a local MCP server for OpenNews that lets an AI assistant pull real time news and market signals from a bunch of sources, then turn that into short useful summaries, impact scores, and simple trading sentiment like long, short, or neutral.

I want it to work with Claude Code or any MCP client, using a token from the OpenNews service. It should expose tools for searching recent articles, checking source categories, looking up listing alerts, on chain whale activity, market anomalies, and prediction style signals. The results should be easy to read, with bilingual summaries in English and Chinese where available.
