Build me a Claude Code skill called CTI Expert that turns Claude into a practical cyber threat intelligence and OSINT analyst. I want it to investigate things like domains, emails, usernames, IPs, people, organizations, and even WiFi related clues, then collect evidence, expand pivots, validate what it finds, score risk or exposure, and give me a clean intelligence summary.

It should feel command driven, with a lot of ready to use commands and techniques for common investigations, including a full case workflow and report generation. Core features should work without requiring API keys, but it’s fine to support optional free keys for extra enrichment from outside services.

Please make the output useful for real investigations, with structured Markdown reports and Word reports that can include charts, diagrams, and visual summaries like network topology or risk assessment. Keep the project organized, documented, and easy to run in Python 3.10 or newer. If anything is unclear, look up current Claude Code skill docs and OSINT tool docs online.
