Build me an Xbox 360 homebrew app that lets me search for games and download game files, updates, and DLC directly on the console with no PC required.

It should run on a modded Xbox 360 or a console using BadUpdate or ABadAvatar, connect over the internet, and handle downloading, unpacking, and extracting files on its own. I want a simple console style interface that shows status, progress, and errors clearly, plus an easy way to update the app itself from inside the program.
