996icu/996.ICU ? reverse-engineered prompt

I want to create a website for a movement I'm calling "996.ICU". It's a protest against the exhausting "996" work culture—working 9am to 9pm, 6 days a week. The name is a dark joke: 'work 996, end up in the ICU'.

The main purpose of the site is to be an information hub. It should explain what 996 is and feature a "blacklist" of companies that enforce this schedule. It's important to also link to other community projects that maintain "whitelists" of companies with good work-life balance. Let's have a section for press coverage and some impactful quotes from tech leaders. The site needs to be available in both English and Chinese. Also, I want to create a special "Anti-996" software license that other developers can use to prevent exploitative companies from using their open source work.
