Build me a fun local Python app called Mr Matrix, basically a creepy cat themed question and answer bot with an old dot matrix printer vibe. I want it to run from the terminal without any complicated setup, and it should use the markdown files in the repo as flavor text, persona notes, or built in lore so the whole thing feels consistent.

The main experience should be simple. Start the script, show a dramatic intro, let me type questions, and reply in a spooky mysterious voice with that retro printed style.
