AIForHPC/AstraAI ? reverse-engineered prompt

Build me a CLI tool for Linux that helps me work with big HPC codebases in C++ and Fortran using an LLM. I want to be able to point it at a project, ask questions in the terminal, and get answers that are improved by both relevant code context and structure from the source files, so it can use retrieval from the codebase and also understand the code through AST based analysis.

It should support running with models from Hugging Face, and also let me use an API if I want. I’d like a simple setup flow, clear commands for basic chat style inference, and a way to fine tune a model from downloaded checkpoints too.
