Build me a local desktop app for Codex Desktop that acts like a control center for my AI setup.

I want one app on macOS and Windows where I can add API keys, connect OpenAI compatible providers, manage third party models, and see them inside Codex without breaking the built in Codex models or login flow. It should also have a simple web dashboard, a live log view for the gateway, and buttons to restart the local service or reset back to the native setup.

Please include voice features too, like speech to text, text to speech, and a global voice bar. I also want a session area where I can browse local Codex conversations and import context from other agent tools. If possible, add the GPT Live style flow where I can talk first, then hand the task off to a chosen model and switch models when needed.
