Build me a local JARVIS style voice assistant that I can run on my own computer with a simple double click setup.

I want a small app that opens in the browser, lets me hold Space and talk, then speaks back out loud in the real JARVIS voice. Use a free OpenRouter model for the brain and Fish Audio for the voice, and keep my API keys in a local file on my machine. It should work on Windows, Mac, and Linux, and be easy enough that a non coder can start it without messing around much.

Please also add simple “protocols” so certain phrases can instantly do things like open websites or switch personality modes. Include the default JARVIS voice, a way to switch to the other built in voices, and a couple fun modes like a more sarcastic one. If you need to check current docs online for anything, go ahead. Make it feel polished and ready for someone to use right away.
