Build me a Claude Code skill that can turn any software project into a polished promo video.

The user should be able to install the skill, open Claude Code inside their app or repo, and say something simple like “create a promo video for this project.” The skill should scan the repo for the product name, README, logo, colors, and main features, then guide the user through creative choices like thirty, sixty, or ninety seconds, dark or light style, voice, story angle, and call to action.

It should generate an animated Remotion video, add an ElevenLabs voiceover, check timing, mix in audio, and render both landscape and portrait MP4 files. Include a clear README with setup steps, API key instructions, example prompts, and what the workflow does. Also include the actual skill files, helper scripts for checking the environment, and guidance for brand discovery, narrative templates, voiceover, transitions, and multi format rendering.
