AKS-Labs/CircleToSearch — reverse-engineered prompt

Build me an Android app like Circle to Search that works on Android 10 and newer. I want users to trigger it from a floating bubble, status bar tap, or assistant gesture, then draw a circle or scribble over anything on the screen. The app should capture only that selected area and let the user search it with Google Lens, Bing, Yandex, TinEye, ChatGPT, or Perplexity.

Please make privacy a big part of it. Text copying should work offline with OCR, and QR codes or useful info should be detected on the device when possible. Add quick actions to copy text, save the selected image, share it, open results in an in app browser, and jump to an external browser.

Make the interface modern and friendly with Material You style, dark mode, smooth animations, playful messages, and simple settings for choosing search engines, OCR options, bubble behavior, and visual style. Use Kotlin and Jetpack Compose. Look up current Android docs online if you need to.
