Build me a beautiful Android photo gallery app called Tulsi Gallery.

I want it to feel premium and fast, with a clean Material 3 look, dark and light theme support, smooth browsing, and an immersive full screen photo view. The main thing is offline text search, so the app should scan photos on the device, recognize text in them, and let me search my gallery by words inside screenshots, documents, signs, and memes without sending anything to the cloud.

Please also add a mode where I can tap and select text directly from a photo, then copy it or search it. It should support background processing, show progress while it indexes, and keep everything private and on device. If possible, include a quick way to open Google Lens from a photo, plus a secure private vault for hidden images. Make the gallery easy to organize, with albums, date based sections, and smooth gestures for sharing, copying, and selecting photos.
