Build me a Windows desktop utility that brings back the old Aero Glass look on modern Windows, mainly Windows 10 and supported Windows 11 builds. I want window frames and title bars to get real glass style blur, transparency, color tinting, reflections, opacity controls, and optional rounded corners so the desktop feels closer to Vista or Windows 7.
Please include a simple configuration app so advanced users can change the glass style, blur strength, colors, reflection texture, material texture, inactive window appearance, and other visual settings without manually editing the registry. It should still support registry settings for power users.
Make it clear when a Windows build is unsupported, because this touches DWM and could crash the desktop. Include a safe installer, a way to start and stop the effect, and an emergency shortcut like Ctrl, Win, Shift, Q to recover if things freeze. Use native Windows code and look up current Microsoft docs online if you need to.
