Build me a Mac app that lets me search my files by describing what’s in them, not just by filename.

I want it to work from the menu bar, with a quick keyboard shortcut to open a search panel from anywhere. It should let me pick folders to index on my Mac, then search across photos, screenshots, PDFs, documents, recordings, videos, and optionally code projects. If I type something like “dog on the beach” or “where they talk about sleep,” it should find the right image, video moment, or audio clip and jump straight there. For PDFs it should open the right page, and for code it should jump to the line in my editor.

Keep everything local and private, with no uploading my files. Make it feel fast and clean, and show indexing progress so I can see what’s happening. If you need to look up current docs or APIs online while building it, go ahead.
