Build me a simple Android photo backup app that feels like a privacy focused Google Photos alternative, but uses Telegram as the storage backend through a bot and chat that the user owns.

I want people to be able to connect their own Telegram bot, back up photos and videos, and either upload everything manually or do smart sync so only new or missing files are sent. Let users choose which folders to include or ignore. The app should also work as a gallery for both local and cloud media, with favorites, collections, memories, useful info cards, and solid search. Please include offline text recognition so screenshots and document photos can be searched, plus captions with markdown and hashtags.

It should have a polished media viewer with video playback, a reel style mode, gesture controls, cloud and local sorting and filtering, grid and list layouts, adjustable columns, and cross device sync. Also add secure app database backup and restore, and make background uploads reliable. If you need details, check current Telegram and Android docs online.
