Build me this e commerce platform end to end, with a customer site and a separate admin dashboard, plus the backend services they talk to.

I want customers to browse products, search for items, add to cart, place orders, and pay with test friendly payment flows. Orders should be reliable, so if something fails after checkout, the system should still keep the order and event in sync and handle unpaid order expiration automatically. For admins, I want a secure dashboard where access is tightly controlled by user role and the exact page or action they are trying to use.

Also include a smart search experience that can do normal keyword search and more natural semantic search for products. Set it up so I can run the whole thing locally with Docker Compose, and make sure the frontend, backend, database, cache, message queue, search, storage, and monitoring all work together. Add basic docs so I can start it up quickly, and look up current docs online if you need to.
