Build me a simple TypeScript project for a marketing skills library called Awesome Marketing Skills.

I want a site and a small command line tool that help people find ready to use AI prompts for marketing work like SEO, copywriting, CRO, growth, ads, email, and analytics. The site should let people browse the skills, filter by category, open a skill page, and copy the prompt easily. It should feel clean and useful, with a clear homepage, category browsing, and a nice way to preview each skill.

Also make it possible to use the skills from the terminal, so someone can list available skills, install one, install all, or remove one. The skill content should live in markdown files and be easy to update. If you need current docs for anything, look them up online. Please keep the structure easy to maintain and make it feel like a real polished product, not just a demo.
