Actual-Chat/actual-chat — reverse-engineered prompt

Build me a real time communication app called Voxt. I want people to be able to sign in, see their team chats, open a conversation, and send messages that show up instantly for everyone without refreshing. Make the web app feel clean and modern, with a simple chat list, message area, user profiles, and a good mobile layout.

Use the stack from this repo, .NET, Blazor, ActualLab Fusion, TypeScript where needed, and keep it ready for mobile with .NET MAUI support. Set up the backend, database, local Docker services, and whatever is needed so I can run it locally and open it at the local Voxt URL. Please include basic tests and sensible seed data so I can try it right away.
