Build me a simple SketchUp plugins workspace that makes it easy to develop and manage a big collection of Ruby extensions in one place.

I want to be able to drop plugin files and folders here, have them load cleanly in SketchUp, and keep related scripts organized so I can work on them without constantly copying things around. It should support a live development style, where I can edit a plugin and quickly test it in SketchUp, and it should be easy to tell which plugins are active, retired, or disabled.

Please make it feel practical for a real plugin library, not a demo. If there are any missing setup details, look up current docs online if you need to. Also include a clear way to launch or reload the plugins from the folder so I can use this as my main SketchUp extensions development area.
