Build me a simple Chrome extension called Quick Notes. I want a little scratchpad that gives me a different note for every website I visit, so if I’m on gmail.com it remembers one note, and if I’m on youtube.com it remembers a different one. When I open the extension on the current tab, it should show a clean text area for that site’s note and save automatically as I type, with a small visual cue so I know it saved.

Keep everything private and local in the browser, no account, no server, no syncing. I want it to feel minimal and polished, with a dark theme and nice modern typography. Please make it easy to load as an unpacked extension in Chrome, using the current Chrome extension standards and permissions needed to detect the active tab and store notes locally.
