Build me a web app called ORLA that turns simple text prompts into 3D models, and also lets me upload an image and convert that into a 3D model too.

I want a clean, modern landing page with a big prompt box, a generate button, and a smooth workflow where the app first creates a preview image, then turns that into a 3D model. After that, show the model in the browser with controls so I can rotate, zoom, and pan around it, plus a few rendered preview images from different angles.

Make it feel polished and easy to use on desktop and mobile. Use a React frontend with a nice responsive UI, and a backend that can handle the AI jobs in the background so the page does not freeze while it works. If anything depends on current model or API setup, look up the latest docs online and wire it up in a practical way.
