Build me a playful 3D office app where I can manage coding agents like people sitting at desks.

I want to walk through a virtual office, open a desk, and hire different workers like Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, and the others. Each worker should have a live terminal on their laptop, and I should be able to jump into any one of them and type commands. Let me speak into the browser to fill prompts too, so I can talk instead of typing. Also make it so GitHub issues and pull requests show up on boards in the office, and I can hand tasks to a worker and follow what they are doing.

Each GitHub repo should feel like its own floor in the building, with workers, queues, and shared tools for that project. I also want a simpler mobile friendly view for phones and slower computers. If you need to look up current docs online while building it, go ahead.
