Build me an interactive F1 what if simulator for the 2025 season.

I want fans to be able to open a race, drag drivers to change the finishing order, and switch any driver between a finish and a DNF or no classification. As they make changes, the driver standings and constructor standings should update right away based on the full season points.

Make it feel like a fun broadcast style experience too, with team based themes for Ferrari, Red Bull, McLaren, and Mercedes, plus animated radio style message tickers and a nice champion reveal screen for the simulated title winner.
