Build me a local web app called WritersHouse for writers and readers.

It should let writers sign up, log in, and post their stories, essays, articles, or poems, and let readers browse, search, open each piece, leave comments, reviews, and feedback. I also want a simple chat area so users can message writers one to one, plus a way to play audio for content and include music in the reading experience. Admins should have their own area to manage users, content, chats, and view private feedback.

Please make it look clean and easy to use on desktop and mobile, using a modern responsive style. Set it up so it runs in XAMPP with PHP and MySQL, and use the included database import if needed.
