Build me a terminal app that lets me paste a video or music link and then walks me through downloading it in a really friendly way.

I want it to support popular sites like YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, X, SoundCloud, and lots of others, and when I paste a link it should detect the media, show me whether I want video or audio, then let me pick things like format, resolution, FPS, or audio quality before downloading. It should feel polished in the terminal, with a nice interactive interface, keyboard navigation, a theme switcher, and support for multiple languages based on my system.

Please make it save downloads to my Downloads folder, remember recent links so I can go back through them, and show a progress indicator while it works. If possible, use yt dlp and ffmpeg under the hood, and handle setup in a way that feels easy for someone who just wants to install it and run one command.
