Build me a polished Windows desktop app for streamers called DugeonTok Player. I want one main control panel where I can play music, accept song requests from viewers, manage a live queue, and show a browser based overlay in OBS, Streamlabs, or TikTok Live Studio that updates in real time with the current song.

It should let viewers request songs from YouTube, Spotify, and Deezer, either by link or search, and automatically add them to the queue. I also want TikTok Live chat support so chat commands can trigger song requests without me doing it manually.
