Build me a lyrics API called LiriQo that can take a song video ID, ISRC, title and artist, or even a music link, then automatically find the best lyrics from multiple sources and return them from one endpoint.

I want it to try several providers in parallel, including Apple Music, QQ Music, KuGou, NetEase, LRCLib, Musixmatch, LyricFind, and YouTube Music, then pick the best result based on sync quality, with support for syllable, word, line, and plain lyrics. It should also expose endpoints for full lyrics, LRC only, plain text, raw TTML, search, health, and live stats. Make it zero auth, CORS enabled, and friendly for browser use.

For the CJK providers, handle the lyric decoding and timing properly so karaoke style lyrics work. Add a clean README style response format and a small dashboard or stats view if that fits the project. Look up current docs online if you need to.
