AlainCouthures/xsltforms ? reverse-engineered prompt

Reverse engineered prompt

Build me a working XSLTForms project that turns XForms into normal XHTML with JavaScript in the browser, and can also run through PHP when needed.

I want the main generated files to be created from the source components, so I can open the XSL, JS, and CSS through the app, and also build static copies into a build folder when I ask for it. Please make it easy to run the unit tests too, using the built in test setup, and include a simple way to open the sample test suites from the testsuite folder.

It should support the URL rewriting setup described in the docs, so the special script URLs work cleanly instead of serving the raw files directly. If anything is unclear, look up current docs online and keep it practical. I mainly want a clean local setup where I can test, build, and browse the generated XSLTForms pages without extra manual steps.
