Build me a Windows 10 and 11 tray app for League of Legends that lets users choose and use cosmetic skins locally. It should run quietly in the system tray, detect when the League Client is open, and add a simple in client panel during champion select where people can pick skins, chromas, special forms, random skins, and remember the last skin used for each champion.

When the match starts, apply the selected cosmetic locally only. Don’t change gameplay, stats, network data, or give any competitive advantage. If the user already owns the skin, don’t inject anything. On first launch, ask the user to provide their own signed injection DLL and open the correct folder for it.

Also include party mode so friends in the same lobby can share what skins they picked in real time, a settings panel, an auto updater, and optional background analytics. Make it open source, free, and clear that it’s not affiliated with Riot. Look up current League Client docs if needed.
