Build me an employee self service portal for a company that feels simple to use but still covers the main HR tasks.

I want employees to log in, see a personalized dashboard, apply for leave, track their own requests, and get a little AI help for learning and compliance suggestions. Managers should be able to view pending leave requests and approve or reject them. HR admins should be able to create and remove users, manage compliance content, and add learning material. Please include role based access so people only see what they are supposed to see.

Make it a full stack app with a clean modern interface that works well on laptop and mobile, and set it up so it runs easily with Docker Compose. Use a FastAPI backend, a React frontend, JWT login, and a simple database with seeded demo users for employee, manager, and HR admin.
