Build me GTreni, a simple app for checking Trenitalia train times from a phone or computer.

I want a clean home screen where I can choose departure station, arrival station, date and time, then see the available trains in a clear list with departure time, arrival time, duration and any changes if that information is available. Keep it easy for normal people to use, with large buttons, readable text and the existing app icon if possible.

Please look through the existing files and clean up whatever is old, duplicated or broken, but keep the working parts. Make the app run locally first, then make it ready to publish online using the setup that is already in the project. If it can also behave like an installable phone app, set that up too.

Don’t make a fake mockup. If live train data needs a source, use the best practical option and look up current docs online if needed.
