Build me a full stack mobile app for a food discount marketplace that helps reduce waste by letting local markets sell packages of products that are close to expiring.

I want three experiences in one app, regular shopper, market owner, and admin. A market owner should be able to switch between customer mode and shop management without logging out, and admins should have their own management area too. Shoppers should be able to browse nearby markets, buy discounted packages, see their orders, leave ratings, and confirm pickup with a QR scan. Market owners should be able to create and manage products, packages, and orders. Admins should review market applications, manage users and shops, and see audit logs.

Please include secure login with access and refresh tokens, password reset, push and in app notifications, and a clean backend with proper validation and role checks. Use the existing codebase structure if it’s already there, and look up current docs online if you need to.
