Build me a web app called ClearBid NJ for looking up foreclosure auction properties in Mercer County, New Jersey.

I want a clean dashboard where users can log in, browse properties, and filter by county, ZIP code, auction type, price range, and risk level. Each property should open a detailed dossier with separate sections for financial info, legal status, physical details, and neighborhood context. The app should show a simple Green, Yellow, or Red risk indicator based on business rules, and help people understand whether a property looks worth bidding on.

Please include a map view for exploring locations, a modern responsive UI, and basic account security with login and two factor support if needed.
