AlpinDale/sillytui ? reverse-engineered prompt

Build me a polished terminal app for chatting and roleplay with LLMs, kind of like a TUI version of SillyTavern.

I want it to run in the terminal with a clean text interface, easy keyboard controls, and a /help command that shows what I can do. It should let me start conversations, send messages, read replies, and keep the experience fast and comfortable for power users. Please make the UI feel good in ncurses style, with readable panels, scrolling chat, and sensible shortcuts.

Also include the token counting and tokenization tools that come with the project, so I can check how many tokens a prompt uses and switch between the supported tokenizers. If needed, look up current docs online while you build it.

Keep it working from the command line with the provided build setup, and make sure the demo example and the main app both run cleanly.
