Alradyin/wallie-V2 — reverse-engineered prompt

Build me a local AI streamer app called Wallie. I want something that can watch my screen, listen to audio, remember what it has already talked about, and speak live like an actual personality instead of a chatbot that repeats itself or sounds like a screen reader.

Please make it easy to control from a browser dashboard. I want to be able to create and save different personas, pick the voice and model, switch chat platforms, and turn vision, hearing, chat, and play mode on or off without touching code. It should run on my machine with my own keys, and it would be great if it can plug into OBS and a Live2D avatar setup too.

The big thing I care about is that it feels alive over long sessions. It should stay on topic, remember earlier parts of the stream, avoid saying the same thing over and over, and know when to stay quiet if nothing interesting is happening. If the Minecraft play feature is included here, add that too, with setup from the dashboard and commentary that matches what it is actually doing. Check the README and docs if needed.
